May 8, 2015

Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) have announced that the construction of the new Lord’s Warner Stand will begin in September 2015, after the design was overwhelmingly backed by members at the Club’s Annual General Meeting.

The new Warner Stand’s innovative design includes a semi-translucent fabric roof supported by cantilevered oak beams, which is the first of its kind in the country and will ensure the addition of another architectural landmark at Lord’s.
