Populous-designed Dick’s Sporting Goods Park to Host MLS All-Star Game Tonight

For the second time in history, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, home of the Colorado Rapids, will host the MLS All-Star Game. This marks the second time in the last three years that the MLS All-Star Game has been hosted in a Populous-designed stadium.

Dick’s Sporting Goods Park opened in 2007 and is recognizable by its dramatic roof canopy. The stadium connects directly to one of the largest professional and youth sports complexes in the United States. Many see Dick’s Sporting Goods Park as the start of a new generation of American soccer stadiums with intimate views and modern amenities.

MLS All-Stars will play the Tottenham Hotspur F.C. Populous was recently announced as the designer of a new home for Tottenham Hotspur.
