Four Populous leaders named among Top 50 players in facility design and development

Populous leadership Earl Santee, Scott Radecic, Brad Clark and Sherri Privitera have been selected as Power Players of Design and Development by SportsBusiness Journal for their variety and depth of expertise.

From architects and engineers to construction firms and owner’s reps, the inaugural list recognizes leaders in facility design and construction.

Founder Earl Santee has developed a portfolio of award-winning projects over 30-plus years that have helped bring urban life back to cities across the nation. His designs have served as an inspiration for a new type of sports experience – one that is an extension of a city, community and culture.

Founder Scott Radecic, a former collegiate and professional athlete, specializes in servicing University and National Football League clients and is a trusted advisor to teams across the nation. An energetic visionary, he has played a key role in 13 of the new NFL stadiums in the past 30 years.

Senior Principal Brad Clark is a seasoned veteran of arena design. Focusing on arenas as anchors for further civic development, his designs are responsive to the unique goals and visions of the client.

Principal Sherri Privitera is an expert in the collegiate market. She has impacted more than 50 universities through her involvement in more than 65 projects over the years, including the recent $266 million McLane Stadium at Baylor University.

Power Players were chosen based on their influence in the industry, the scope of their work and how they reimagine the live event experience. They total 50 people among 35 firms and stand out for their ability to form concepts for new buildings, rethink existing spaces, secure funding and public support, engineer complex design elements and keep the work on schedule.
