Angela is an Architect at Populous. She joined the company in late 2013 , to work on the Olympic Stadium Transformation project.

Angela has a wide experience ranging from city extensions & regenerations schemes to infrastructures, mixed use developments and residential buildings. Throughout this experience, she has enjoyed working across different scales that address a variety of problems and challenges. Thinking about the social impact and political intricacies of masterplan is for her equally interesting as designing the details of a well-crafted building.

As part of her project work, Angela has been involved in the design of large-scale masterplans that seek to integrate, amongst other requirements, sports facilities into the wider public realm, and think of their integration in the future urban grain while creating successful and sustainable communities.

Angela has participated on a number of design competitions and studies for major public buildings and masterplans in the UK and abroad. These include the design of an aquarium extension in the north of France as well as the Cairo Aerotropolis in Egypt, which was looking into creating logistics and office/retail hubs around the existing airport.

Angela received her Architecture degree at the Le Villette school of Architecture in Paris, ENSAPLV France in 2006. In 2008 she completed her Post-graduate degree (DSA)in Architecture and Urban Design at the Marne La Vallee School of Architecture, ENSAVT.
