Brady joined Populous in 1996 and has more than 15 years of experience as a project architect. As a Principal of the firm he specializes in NFL and collegiate football projects. Recent experience includes serving as the lead project architect for the University of Arkansas Football Center. His project responsibilities include overall project administration, consultant coordination, production of contract documents and construction administration.

Prior to the University of Arkansas project Brady was the lead project architect for the Arrowhead Stadium Renovation in Kansas City, Missouri and a project architect for four other NFL stadiums including the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas, Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida and FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.
