Nathan joined Populous’ Brisbane team in 2011, after emigrating to from New Zealand, where he completed a Bachelor or Architecture (Hons) and a Bachelor of Architectural Studies.

Since joining Populous, Nathan has been involved in a number of sports stadium projects in Australia and New Zealand, including the Stage 3 redevelopment of Skilled Stadium in Geelong, Sleeman Sports Complex in Brisbane and the master plan for Eden Park, where he was involved in looking at options for a new stadium entry plaza and surrounding commercial developments.

Nathan has a great eye for detail, and a flair for creating 2D and 3D models. In 2011, he was part of the winning team in the POPComp One Week Design Competition, judged by Sir Peter Cook and Gavin Robotham, who commended their design for its “high tech design, involving very clear and serious diagrams.
