Rick Martin’s career as a project manager and project architect spanned more than three decades, featuring an extensive portfolio of multipurpose arenas including National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, civic and collegiate facilities.

During his time at Populous he led project teams to the development of numerous award-winning arenas across the U.S. He served as principal-in-charge of the downtown Louisville Arena (KFC Yum! Center), Pittsburgh Penguins’ PPG Paints Arena and Orlando Magic’s Amway Center.
