Zachary Rudman, Chief Legal Officer and Risk Manager, joined Populous in December 2007. Prior to coming to Populous, Zack was Senior Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel for Swiss Reinsurance Corporation. Zack has practiced law for 18 years and has extensive experience in litigation, corporate law, and insurance.

He oversees legal, risk and insurance matters relating to Populous’ worldwide operations, and he is a member of the Kansas City Management Team, which oversees the firm’s US operations. His activities at Populous have included managing the legal aspects of the buy-out transaction with HOK Group, and assisting in the formation and development of Populous as an independent corporation. Zack is admitted to the bar in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois, and is a member of the American Bar Association Construction Forum and the AIA Legal Large Firm Roundtable.
