Churchill Downs and Populous Partner on Starting Gate Suites

Populous and Churchill Downs are off to the races on realizing a new $37-million Starting Gate Suites project. Scheduled for completion in time for the 2018 Kentucky Derby, the three-story suite tower will feature 77,250 square feet of suites and event space as well as an outdoor terrace overlooking the historic racetrack. We’re delighted to continue our relationship with Churchill Downs and contribute our equestrian design expertise to the new project.
