Jacksonville Jaguars’ North End Zone at EverBank Field Wins Premium Seat Award

Complete with two swimming pools and poolside cabanas, the renovation has gained national acclaim since opening in 2014.  The Stadium Business Awards recognize the best in stadia each year, drawing attention to innovations in professional sports that are shaping the industry. The Jaguars’ North End Zone renovation, poolside cabanas and party deck were recognized as providing the most exceptional service or innovation in premium seating globally in 2015.

Populous worked with the Jaguars on the renovation to envision how to repurpose an underutilized portion of the stadium, creating the NFL’s largest party deck. Given the unseasonably warm climate during football season, the team installed two infinity pools overlooking the field, plenty of cabanas for shade and socializing, bars with local food and beverage fare and the latest technology – including the largest video board in the NFL, helping increase revenue, ticket sales and capturing Jacksonville’s culture in the process.
