Tina Kan

Joining Populous in 2019, Tina’s role on the Kai Tak Sports Park project has her involved in project coordination while providing support and assistance to the team leads.

As a critical thinker, Tina has a strong interest in spatial design for public purpose and has found her strength in developing ideas for large scale projects and working within strict time frames.

Previous to her current role, Tina has worked on residential, commercial and competition projects in tender documentation, drawings, onsite measurements, presentation preparations for council approvals.

Tina has a passion for working on community projects and most recently joined “Hang Lung Young Architects Program” as an architectural sketching tutor. As a tutor, Tina enjoys sharing her architectural knowledge to inspire young teenagers to explore the world from an architectural perspective. She finds this work motivates her to learn and travel while experiencing architecture and culture in different cities and countries.

Tina holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architectural Studies, both from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
