Tiric is a senior architect and the China chief representative of Populous. Tiric is now working on all of the firm’s projects in China and coordinating with different Populous’ design team around the world.
He was born and educated in China and worked as an senior Architect in a top class Chinese architectural design institute for almost 10 years before immigrating to Australia. He worked on various projects include collegiate buildings, sports venues, urban planning and master planning, residential apartments, performance & culture centres, office buildings, expo pavilions, etc.
He has been managing and operating for Populous’ project in China since he joined Populous in 2010. Tiric is current working on Ordos equestrian project and Hohhot JSMR equestrian project as project manager. Besides that, he is also working on business development and marketing.
Tiric is very experienced in communicating and coordinating with the client and local design institute. He also helps the design team to understand the context of the project, as well as to resolve design issues relate to the Chinese design code.
His many years’ working experience as an architect in China brings him perfect understanding for managing the Chinese project and could enable the project coordination and process running smoothly.
常(雅)飞是一名资深建筑师，并且他也是Populous的中国总代表。他目前负责公司在中国的所有项目并和Populous在全世界的不同设计团队对接。
他在中国出生并接受教育，而且在他移民澳大利亚之前，他作为高级建筑师在中国顶级建筑设计企业工作了将近十年。他曾参与或主持过各种各样的项目包括校园建筑、体育场馆、城市设计和总体规划、住宅楼设计、文化演艺中心、办公楼建筑、世博会等等。
自从他在2010年加入Populous以来，他一直管理和经营Populous在中国的项目。他目前是内蒙古鄂尔多斯马术主题开发项目以及内蒙古呼和浩特蒙锡玏马术主题开发项目的项目经理，除此之外他还负责业务拓展和市场开发的工作。
常(雅)飞在同业主和当地设计院沟通和联络上有着相当丰富的经验。他还帮助设计团队理解项目背景和文脉，同时也协助解决与中国设计法律法规相关联的设计问题 。
他在中国多年建筑师的工作背景让他对管理中国项目有着深刻的理解，而且还让他通过协调使项目能够顺畅的运行。
