Warrick has spent the past two decades working on the
design, client liaison and project management of a number
of stadia and arena projects in Australia, New Zealand and
England, including a five year period on Wembley National
Stadium in London in the early 2000’s.
Following his return from London, Warrick was the Project
Leader on the award-winning Cbus Super Stadium on the
Gold Coast, Queensland and in 2009 he led the Stadium
Infrastructure Team that advised the Football Federation
Australia as part of their bid for the FIFA World Cup
Warrick has also been involved in the design and master
planning for a number of New Zealand sporting and event
venues including Claudelands Event Centre in Hamilton as
well as Westpac Stadium in Wellington.
He was the Project Leader for the Stage 2, 3 and 4
Redevelopments at Kardinia Park Stadium in Geelong from
2008 to 2017 and was also involved the Stage 5 Business
Case process .
He was the Project Leader on the redevelopment of the
Sydney Showgrounds Main Arena which became Spotless
Stadium and is used for both AFL and T20 cricket and for
the Sydney Royal Easter Show.
Warrick has also developed and led the Training Facility
sector of Populous and has been involved with the design
and development of training facilities at the Geelong
Cats, West Coast Eagles and GWS Giants AFL teams,
the Brisbane Broncos as well as the Australian Rugby
Development Centre and UTS Sports Campus completed
Through this experience, Warrick has developed specific
skills in the design and delivery of complex sport facility
projects. He has excellent client liaison skills and takes
great care to understand the needs of our clients.
