Populous Involved in Planning of 5th Consecutive NCAA Final Four

The NCAA Final Four is scheduled for April 4-6 in Indianapolis. This marks the fifth consecutive year that event design, planning and architecture firm Populous has overseen the planning and operations of college basketball’s biggest event. Since partnering with the NCAA in 2011, Populous has been responsible for overseeing the design and drawings, schedules, document integration and procurement, site establishment, site operations and site management for the Final Four. The firm’s role has ensured the NCAA Final Four continues to be a success year to year and has created set processes and provided operational support services that are essential. In addition, the firm works closely to look at the experience for fans, designing and constructing an expanded perimeter beyond the venue for additional event space and coordinating auxiliary events.
