Elizabeth Miglierina’s thoughtful and intricate design approach can be characterized as the pursuit of spaces that are inclusive for all. She has led key arena, aviation and stadium projects throughout her expansive career, including the first dedicated stadium for an FA Women’s Super League team for a high-profile Premier League football club in the United Kingdom.

Elizabeth provides a unique global perspective to all her projects, having studied and practiced architecture and design around the world in places including Canada, Europe, the U.K. and the Middle East.

Since joining Populous, Elizabeth has played lead roles on projects including the state-of-the-art Olympique Lyonnais Training Centre, Groupama Stadium, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the mixed-use Southern Development for Tottenham Experience and numerous FIFA stadium projects in the Middle East.

Alongside her project roles, Elizabeth designed a ‘Gaming House of the Future’ that was featured at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and is a member of an in-house leadership group dedicated to understanding the changing dynamics of the industry. Passionate about sharing her knowledge and sparking thought-provoking conversation, she is a regular speaker at conferences on the topic of designing for equality and inclusivity in venues.
