Kevin Fast joined Populous in 1989 and has more than 25 years experience as a project manager and designer. As a Senior Principal of the firm, he specializes in collegiate project management. Kevin’s work includes serving as Project Manager for the University of Missouri Memorial Stadium South End Zone Expansion and Football Training Facility.
Kevin brings a valued skill set and high level of knowledge to the Populous team. His background as a successful project architect and project manager for a multitude of Division I collegiate facilities allows Kevin to deliver exceptional results. As project manager, he serves as primary contact and communicator for the owner, contractor, internal design team and design consultant team. Strong project management successfully weaves these different groups into a cohesive and effective team in order to achieve the owner’s end goals. Kevin’s strength as project manager allows him to effectively coordinate the group’s ideas, plans and schedules throughout the entire process, from project conception to realization.
By placing a high value on an owner’s budget and schedule, Kevin is able to motivate others to achieve project goals. His collaborative approach, both as a team player and consensus builder, enhances the data gathering process and evaluation of the team’s ideas. Kevin’s approachable personality and attitude make him extremely effective while working with multiple project stakeholders.
