Missy Ragsdale

Missy has more than 20 years of human resources management experience. In her position as director of human resources at Populous, Missy oversees talent acquisition and management, employee benefits and relations, and performance management. She also has experience with management consultation, recruiting and training and vendor relations. Missy’s passion for people drives her professional interest. Throughout her career, she has developed a keen understanding that a healthy workplace environment fosters stronger relationships and a happier culture. A Kansas City native, Missy attended Rockhurst University where she received a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations.
