Zachary Rudman

As Chief Legal Officer at Populous, Zachary Rudman oversees legal, risk and insurance matters relating to the firm’s global operations. Zack has extensive experience in corporate governance, litigation, construction law and insurance. Prior to joining Populous, he was Senior Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel at GE Insurance Solutions and Swiss Reinsurance Corporation.
Zack is a member of Populous’ Global Officer group and serves as company secretary to the Global Board of Directors and the Americas’ Regional Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Americas’ management team. Zack possesses a deep understanding of the many legal intricacies that shape the architecture and engineering industries. His expertise is wide ranging and covers categories including negotiation, contract management, board of directors’ advisory, joint ventures, travel counsel and more.
His activities at Populous have included assisting in the formation and development of the firm as an independent corporation. Zack is admitted to the bar in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois, and he is a member of the American Bar Association Construction Forum and the AIA Legal Large Firm Roundtable.
