University of Minnesota Athletic Facilities Master Plan

With 25 varsity sports competing at the NCAA Division I level, the University of Minnesota engaged us to perform a comprehensive athletics master plan. We led a goal-setting session with university administrators, athletics staff, coaches and student-athletes to prioritize athletics goals and program benchmark athletic facilities for all 25 sports. We also inventoried all competition, practice, and training facilities for every sport. Program improvements were identified and space utilization concepts were developed for both existing and proposed new facilities.
