Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Science Center

The Populous designers infused the Bucks brand throughout the building while creating cutting-edge functional spaces athletes need to stay at the top of their game. The training center includes larger practice courts, a dietician-run teaching kitchen, hydrotherapy pools, in-house barber shop, spacious weight room and upgraded offices for staff members. Custom furniture, high-end finishes and lounge spaces help create a comfortable home away from home for players and staff.

The facility seamlessly weaves into the aesthetic of the entire master plan for the former Park East corridor. It features dark brick, a glass entrance, and a weathered zinc exterior similar to the design of the new arena, entertainment district and surrounding development.

The facility also serves Froedtert & MCW for research in injury prevention and sports medicine. Attached to the training center, Froedtert & the MCW operates a clinic that provides primary, orthopedic and specialty care such as rehabilitation and physical therapy to the public.
