Sean is a skilled Project Architect with over 10 years of experience across sport and entertainment precinct development as well as major airport terminal design. He brings strong capability in managing all phases of project delivery, from concept design and tender documentation
through to construction and contract administration.
Sean leads multi-disciplinary design teams, offering strategic direction through each stage of a project. His in-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and building codes ensures compliance while meeting client and contractual expectations.
Key highlights of his portfolio include Toa Payoh Integrated Development, which is a is a major community, sports and entertainment precinct that will become a lifestyle destination for the central region of Singapore. In Malaysia, Sean is managing the redevelopment of Shah Alam Sports Complex, which will revitalise the 188-acre site into a thriving hub for Selangorians, becoming the largest public space and meeting point in Selangor.
Before relocating to Singapore, Sean worked with respected architecture practices in Australia and Malaysia. His involvement in precinct development across these regions has equipped him with a versatile skill set and a comprehensive understanding of varied architectural typologies.
