Delivered from the initial build phase to full fit-out by Populous Design & Build, the vaulted, high-ceilinged dining room is a focal point, transitioning throughout the day from a bright morning space to an intimate setting for evening cocktails and digestifs.

In addition to overseeing the build and finish of the dining areas, Populous Design & Build also managed the installation of the restaurant’s bespoke kitchen to meet the culinary needs of Head Chef Robert Aikens, renowned for his work in New York’s iconic Pastis. The result is a space that balances timeless design with the practical demands of a high-performing restaurant.
