Grant Henman
Grant joined Populous in 2015 and is based in the Brisbane office. In May 2017 he completed work on the $90M Simonds Stadium Stage 4 Redevelopment which is the key stage of the Stadium’s rejuvenation. Stage 4 includes a wider range of new facilities aimed at improving the spectator experience, increased seating, new training, administration and players facilities, new media and broadcast facilities and a large multipurpose function room. Grant led the documentation and on site delivery which included the main entry façade and canopy roof.
Grant also worked on the design bid for North Queensland Stadium in Townsville, of which Populous worked on the business case.
Grant was previously employed by an architecture firm in London where he was involved in the Concept and Developed Design of Tottenham Hotspur FC Stadium, and Haifa International Stadium.
