Lyle Miller brings a rare combination of design leadership and construction management expertise, having led complex public assembly projects both at Populous and previously with a national contractor. With more than 40 years of experience in public assembly architecture, Lyle provides strategic insight that helps design teams, clients and builders navigate the unique challenges these projects present.

His dual perspective — spanning both design and construction — shapes a leadership style grounded in practical strategy and proactive problem solving. Lyle is particularly recognized for his expertise in early, multi-package permitting strategies that position projects to become shovel-ready quickly and efficiently.

By aligning scope, schedule, and budget early in the process, Lyle establishes a strong foundation for project success. He develops targeted, project-specific strategies that address phasing, permitting, procurement, and scheduling — all tailored to the site conditions, entitlement requirements, project scope, and pricing structures established by the clients and contractors we team with.
