Mark Henderson

Mark manages the Populous EMEA in-house model shop, enabling the production of high-quality architectural models. With over 36 years of experience, he has worked across architectural, advertising and film model making. He oversees all aspects of the model shop, from liaising with architectural teams to pricing, scheduling, stock control and shipping, while remaining hands-on in model construction. Skilled with workshop and hand tools, he is also experienced with advanced machines like the laser cutter, 5-axis CNC, and 3D printers. His expertise in metalworking (lathe, milling, welding) and electronics allows him to create circuit boards for touch sensors and Bluetooth-operated lighting and sound effects in models.
