Randy Dvorak
One of Populous’ most experienced project managers, Randy directs the complex process of turning a client’s aspirations into an innovative and functional facility. Randy’s guidance of all phases of project delivery, from initial programming and planning through construction and post-occupancy, has consistently resulted in successful solutions that are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Randy has extensive NBA and NHL arena experience, as well as convention center and MLB experience. His responsibilities include project scheduling, contract management, coordination of design and technical input from all disciplines, development, review and administration of contract documents and construction administration. Randy has most recently served as the project manager for the new Fiserv Forum for the Milwaukee Bucks.
