As a mentor, she guides junior colleagues toward achieving their professional objectives with clear goals and actionable plans. Her direct communication style establishes transparent expectations and objectives with clients from project inception. With her extensive industry knowledge, Sarah serves as a dependable industry contact and trusted advisor to her colleagues.

She is also actively involved in the community, currently serving as a board member for the Downtown Council in Kansas City. Previously, she held board positions with the Junior League of Kansas City, Missouri, and remains engaged as an active alumna in the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions program.
