Standing alongside the legendary Memorial Stadium, the Osborne Legacy Complex is the newest addition to the University of Nebraska’s storied athletic program. The $165 million, 315,000-square-foot building is one of the largest athletic facilities of its kind in the U.S.

Named in honor of Tom Osborne, the most successful football coach in program history and three-time NCAA national championship winner, the complex boasts many state-of-the-art amenities. These include a new locker room, a cutting-edge strength and conditioning center, an advanced athletic medicine facility, an equipment room, meeting rooms, coaches’ offices, and an additional outdoor practice field dedicated to the Nebraska football program.

Populous’ design seamlessly integrates the building into the flagship campus, providing Nebraska’s football program with everything needed for efficient daily operations. With its impressive offerings, the complex instantly became a key asset in attracting recruits nationwide.

The Osbourne Legacy Complex offers unparalleled conveniences for all 600-plus Husker student-athletes. In addition to football-specific amenities, it features a training table and academic support facilities for all 22 Nebraska sports programs. A new outdoor track stadium rounds out the project that will influence the future of Husker Athletics.

For fans, the complex improves the game-day experience with new vertical transportation options, ensuring easier access to and from North Stadium.
