Off-season Renovations, Delivered On-brand
With small timeframes and big expectations, off-season renovations can bring postseason levels of stress. You know your space needs an update, but how can you be sure a concept will resonate with fans and drive revenue? How do you know it can be executed on time and on budget? We’ve heard these questions from owners and operators across the country, so we’ve introduced a new standalone service that specifically addresses them.
In our 35-plus years of drawing people together at marquee sports venues, we’ve fine-tuned a process that minimizes uncertainty, speeds up decisions and provides you with a clear, predictable path forward. It starts with you in the driver seat, dealing with one trusted point of contact. We lead you through every step: ideation > design > procurement > FF&E > construction.
We’ve learned a thing or two over the course of completing hundreds of off-season renovations. Things like what kind of carpeting stands up best to spilled drinks – or what sort of features a world-class locker room needs to feel like a home-away-from-home to players. This industry expertise helps your project avoid mishaps in the first place.
When you have a seasonal renovation project, you need to know right away if you can afford what you want to do. We lead builders, fabricators and other partners from concept through construction, providing you with expedited pricing up front and fewer surprises along the way.
The best way to safeguard your reputation in the eyes of fans is to make their experience the priority from day 1. By staying true to your brand and working with builders every step of the way, the end design more closely matches the one you fell in love with in the beginning.

Younger fans have a new destination at Oriole Park at Camden Yards – and it all came together in less time than a school semester. The ballpark’s new 2,000-square-foot Kids Corner is the result of streamlined coordination with the Orioles, Maryland Stadium Authority and City of Baltimore. With our Design-Led Design Build approach, a project that started in spring training (mid-February) opened before the first pitch of May.
