Populous Brings on Eugenio Bonet as Head of Operations

Working closely with Populous’ Americas and global leadership teams, Bonet will strengthen financial project management and forecasting, advanced resource planning and further enhance the operational foundation to support the firm’s continued success.

Bonet brings more than 25 years of experience in operations, finance, project controls and business strategy. He joins Populous from HNTB, where he most recently served as Vice President and Architecture Director of Operations, leading operations for the firm’s national architecture practice. In that role, he led operational improvements that resulted in substantial earnings growth over three years.

Bonet holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Campbell University.
