Populous Named AJ100 International Practice of the Year by Architects’ Journal

Populous has been named by Architects’ Journal the AJ100 International Practice of the Year. The award is one of the highest honors given at the AJ100 Awards, held annually in London. An expert panel selected Populous based on year-to-year growth and the quality of the firm’s designs, beating out 7 other global architecture practices.  The panel mentioned the strength of the designs of Fisht Stadium, for the Sochi 2014 Olympics, and Arena das Dunas, for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and the global influence of both of the projects.
