Pedro Villanueva

Pedro is an accomplished business and project lead with over 18 years of international experience in the design, management, documentation and leadership of projects across a broad range of sectors in Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia and Oceania.
He has demonstrated expertise in the master planning, design and delivery of large-scale projects and associated developments. Currently based in Brisbane, Pedro leads the Australia and NZ Transport division. He has been responsible for the design and delivery of diverse project typologies such as commercial, mixed-use, aviation, rail, transport, residential, health, R&D and residential.
With an extensive portfolio of work in transport, Pedro recently led the delivery of three key projects for Auckland Airport being, the Terminal Development Plan, the International Arrivals Terminal and the New Domestic Terminal. He was also responsible for the team leadership, acting as New Zealand country lead during the design and delivery of Auckland City Rail Link, the first metro underground project in New Zealand, as well as the Drury Stations project.
