Steve Cummings
Steve Cummings’ more than 30 years of experience in architecture, construction and sustainability have given him invaluable knowledge needed for today’s competitive architectural and construction environment. His varied background in construction administration, on-site field architecture and QA/QC work has given Steve an in-depth understanding of delivering a project on time and on budget. He has been involved in over 100 successful projects with combined construction costs close to $2.5 billion, and participated in all phases of design, permit approval and construction administration.
With a passion for sustainable design, Steve has participated in the AIA 2030 Challenge Seminar Series for more than 10 years and served as a planning commissioner for Golden, Colorado. Steve has delivered numerous projects that are Gold and Silver LEED (existing buildings, new construction and Energy Star compliant). He has played a vital role in the design and delivery of projects such as the National Western Stock Show Livestock Arena, Colorado Mesa Baseball Complex and renovations at Denver’s Ball Arena.
