Populous Architect Declan Sharkey Recognised in RIBAJ 2017 Rising Stars Awards

We are delighted that Populous Principal Declan Sharkey has been included in the RIBAJ Rising Stars 2017 cohort.

Now in its second year, the RIBAJ Rising Stars Awards, in association with Origin, recognises design team members early in their careers.

Populous EMEA MD Christopher Lee said, “Declan has consistently proved that he has all the makings of a truly great architect. He is a natural leader with incredible attention to detail, an astute business acumen and a particular flair for problem solving. Since joining the firm 7 years ago, he has quickly become one of the Practice’s key leaders, heading the Practice’s global Training Centre group in EMEA, and nurturing many of the younger architects as they enter the world of architecture and our Practice. Declan is one of our, and our profession’s, rising stars.”
