Eagle Farm Racecourse

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

This groundbreaking project involved the relocation of the on-course training and stabling facilities to the infield, the first of its kind in the world, setting a new standard for elite racecourses.

The relocation freed up land owned by the Brisbane Racing Club, which enabled a mixed-use and residential redevelopment and ensured the long-term financial sustainability of the racecourse. The infield is comprised of 400 stables and training facilities, members’ carpark, large format videoboard, maintenance facilities, vehicular and pedestrian tunnels and a multipurpose entry pavilion.
