Andrea Piotrowski

Andrea is a highly creative registered architect based in Populous’ Brisbane studio. With more than 7 years industry experience, she brings innovative solutions to her projects and is skilled in identifying opportunities to tailor siting of projects.

She believes that built works enhance client usability through designing functional spaces which embrace light and surrounding context. In her role as Architect, she is responsible for tender documentation, client liaison, project coordination with the wider project team and ECI contractor negotiations. She also plays a critical role in refining facade and value management items in an effort to refine and create initiatives to achieve design intent and bring the project closer to budget. This involves PTFE roof introduction, revision of facade and detailing.
