Bridget Kaye

Bridget brings an extensive background in sports media and collegiate athletics, with experience spanning account management, business development, brand integration and activation and revenue strategy. As the Director of Partnership Relations at Populous, she specializes in building and strengthening client relationships and connecting the firm to key partners across the sports and live events industry.

A lifelong sports fan, she discovered her love for the business of sports. Her career began with the Big 12 Conference and grew through roles at IMG, CBS Sports and Learfield, where she oversaw marketing and multi-media rights for more than 60 collegiate properties, including many of the nation’s most prestigious schools.

At Populous, Bridget has established high-value partnerships with leading venue and hospitality organizations, media networks and professional sports teams to unlock potential projects opportunities across multiple sectors. She has also led event strategy to establish high visibility sponsorships and elevated brand visibility through thought leadership at flagship industry events.

Bridget sees a successful venue as an integral part of the fan experience and is a champion of a cohesive, multi-disciplinary design approach to elevate that experience. She is motivated by the people who shape the industry, the people who attend events and the transformation that happens when they walk through the doors.

Service is also important to Bridget, and she sits on the Win for KC (Women’s Intersport Network for Kansas City) board and is active with WISE (Women in Sports and Events), Women Leaders in Sports and NACDA. She has also previously served as a judge for the Sports Business Journal Sports Awards. Also nominated for the National College Basketball Hall of Fame 30th Anniversary Committee.
