Stephni joined Populous in 2020 and brings 14 years of international experience as an Architect and Project Manager across major sports, entertainment, and mixed-use precinct developments. Operating at the intersection of masterplanning, placemaking, performance venue design, and project delivery, she helps drive contextual and commercially resilient urban destinations

Her track record spans landmark global projects. She was on site during the construction phase of Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong, which opened in 2025. Other notable projects include Perth Park, King Salman Stadium, King Fahd Sports City Stadium, and the Brisbane Showgrounds Arena Redevelopment. Driven by strong stakeholder engagement skills, Stephni aligns complex client objectives, government authorities, and multidisciplinary design teams around a shared vision.

As a Project Manager, she integrates spatial strategy, public realm design, and urban activations to transform high-capacity venues into vibrant precincts. By pairing cross-stakeholder collaboration and technical venue precision with creative asset commercialisation and sponsorship integration, she works to realise venues that elevate fan experience and multi-layered environments that remain active every day of the year.
