Brady Spencer

Senior Principal, Senior Architect / Kansas City

Brady joined Populous in 1996 and has more than 26 years of experience as a project architect, project manager and principal in charge. As a principal of the firm, he specializes in NFL and collegiate football projects. Recent experience includes serving as the principal in charge for the Alamodome 2025 Final Four Improvements project. His project responsibilities include overall project administration, consultant coordination, production of contract documents and construction administration.

Prior to the Alamodome 2025 Final Four Improvements project, Brady was the principal in charge for the University of Arkansas Razorback Stadium Renovation Project and the M&T Bank Stadium Improvements in Baltimore, Maryland. He was also a project architect for five NFL stadiums: the Arrowhead Stadium Renovation in Kansas City, Missouri; the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona; Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas; Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida; and FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland. Brady has also been involved in working with Populous’ event staff in the planning and implementation of over 15 Super Bowls.
