CHALLENGE. Half a century ago, the first Super Bowl unfolded in Los Angeles to a less than capacity crowd. The pregame entertainment included a local high school drill team. You don’t need to be a football fan to be aware of the event’s transformation in the decades since.
The growth of the NFL and its marquee event astonishes. More importantly, it provides a lesson for major live events of all sizes: Success doesn’t lead to success. It only raises expectations.
INNOVATION. We should know, because the world’s largest sports league has entrusted its biggest showcase to our diverse team of event specialists every year since 1985. We’ve exceeded our client’s and fans’ sky-high expectations for the event by offering expert guidance with fresh thinking.
That expert guidance involves the orchestration of thousands of elements, most of which are invisible to fans and TV cameras. As the NFL’s coordinating firm, we’re responsible for the host stadium facilities, operations planning and management. Our team oversees all aspects of facility procurement and construction for game day operations facilities, ensuring the highest standards are met. More recently, we began working with Super Bowl host cities designing downtown master plans and spectator areas for festivals, concerts and other events.
IMPACT. Through meticulous planning and teamwork, our staff and partners at the NFL pull off the unforgettable each year. No hitches before, during and after the game means the attention falls where it should: the game and excitement that builds around it. Host cities become multi-day destinations and generates millions in economic activity. The NFL beams its brand into hundreds of millions of homes across the world.
