University of Utah Ken Garff Performance Zone at Rice-Eccles Stadium

Salt Lake City

The $80-million expansion of Utah Football’s storied home will increase the stadium’s capacity to 51,444 and offer new premium amenities for gameday and non-gameday events alike. With its premier location, the new south end zone will serve as a gateway to the university while connecting the east and west sides of the stadium. The project will fully enclose the seating bowl, creating a 360-degree concourse and capturing the full energy of what is widely considered one of the best home field advantages in the Pac-12 conference. The new south end zone will also feature upgraded team locker and training rooms and a variety of new premium seating experiences including terraces, loges, suites, as well as a premier club and rooftop seating for Utes fans to enjoy.
