Andrew Tulen

Andrew Tulen joined Populous in 2017 and is currently based in Singapore working across a range of large-scale sports and entertainment projects. Andrew believes that the key to the success of any building project is the coordination and balancing of the project team’s aspirations in the architectural response. With a strong technical background and a broad range of architectural experience across many building types, Andrew has always achieved strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, in effectively delivering buildings that address the ideals of all parties and do not lose sight of the architectural vision.

Prior to joining Populous, Andrew worked on Project Jewel, a mixed-use complex at Changi Airport in Singapore, as well as Singapore Sports Hub and King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Saudi Arabia.
