Goodyear Spring Training Facility

Our goal for the Goodyear complex was to provide world-class facilities for not only the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds’ spring training operations, but also for the City of Goodyear’s offseason activities. The aesthetic of the ballpark and development complex draws from the rich architectural history of the surrounding region. Concrete with a variety of finishes, wood and metal make up the bulk of materials throughout the complex. The color of the buildings capitalizes on the materials’ natural qualities, evident in features such as the richness of the wood and the natural weathering of core tin. All of these design factors establish Goodyear as a mecca for spring training and beyond.
