PNC Park

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States

PNC Park is rooted in the architectural traditions of downtown Pittsburgh. As a major civic building and a work of considerable engineering challenges, the ballpark speaks to both the urban fabric of downtown Pittsburgh as well as the infrastructure of the city’s many dramatic bridges. Ample sidewalks and strategically positioned urban plazas encourage community interaction. Even on non-game days, the facility serves year-round as a gathering place, attracting visitors to stroll its riverfront concourses and to browse its specialty stores and restaurants.
