In our 40 years of drawing people together at sports and entertainment venues, we’ve fine-tuned a process that minimizes uncertainty, speeds up decisions and provides our clients with a clear, predictable path forward. We put our clients in the driving seat, dealing with one trusted point of contact, who leads them through every step, from ideation and concept design, through development, procurement, FF&E and construction.
Populous Design & Build handles a range of project types, whether that’s hospitality fit-out, such as corporate boxes, high-end restaurants and private members clubs, or off-season renovation projects. Our expertise in hospitality and entertainment also translates into office interiors, where our understanding of events can be used to bring workspaces to life in uniquely creative ways.

Initial studies
It’s not unusual for a client to engage us before they even have a full grasp of their specific needs. Our understanding of the market means we’re in the perfect position to advise on every aspect of a project, whether that’s scope and scale, the suitability of existing structures, space planning, or speculative initial designs to aid the decision-making process.
It’s important our clients know right away if they can afford what they want to do. Once a plan has been decided, we lead builders, fabricators and other partners from concept through construction, providing expedited pricing up front, preventing any big surprises from cropping up later in the process. -

Streamlined project management
Our Design & Build service streamlines the project management, ensuring efficient coordination and communication between all stakeholders. This approach fosters collaboration and minimizes delays, resulting in a smoother and more successful project delivery.
Collaborating closely across our design and construction teams every step of the way, we’re able to supply a completed project that matches the initial designs. It also means that, should there be any need for design adjustments during the construction phase, we can turn these around quickly without the need to down tools on site. -
